Inter midfielder Marcelo Brozovic will soon receive a hefty fine from the club for his outburst at a Milanese hospital, and could be sold by the club this summer, according to a report from today’s paper edition of the Milano based newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport.

The report details how the 27-year-old Croatian midfielder received a €100 thousand fine from the Nerazzurri around two weeks ago due to being caught drunk driving, and three nights ago exploded at nurses and doctors at the San Carlo hospital in Milan, insisting they treat his friend for a slight leg injury.

Brozovic could be sold this summer by the club, the report continues, because the club’s management are tired of his off-field issues and don’t want to be associated with such acts.

The reasons for Brozovic’s poor behaviour could be because his wife Silvija Lither and his two sons Aurora and Rafael have returned to Croatia permanently recently due to the Coronavirus pandemic.
