Inter have agreed terms with Manchester United to sign Chilean international striker Alexis Sanchez according to Italian broadcaster Sky Sport Italia’s transfer market expert Gianluca Di Marzio, who reported this moments ago.

According to the report, the Nerazzurri wont pay a penny in transfer fees to Man United who were asking for €15 million, but are instead happy to offload the Chilean’s wage costs. This as Man United have agreed to tear up his contract with the club allowing him to join Inter on a free.

The former Barcelona and Arsenal man will sign a 3 year deal, the report continues, where he will earn €7 million net per season, accepting a pay cut compared to the reportedly £18,2 million he was earning gross per season at Man United.

Di Marzio goes on to explain that the Premier League outfit will save over £60 million gross on his wages by offloading the Chilean’s wages.

Alexis Sanchez has featured 29 times across all competitions for the Nerazzurri this season scoring 4 goals and providing 10 assists, with 3 of those goals and 7 of those assists coming after the restart in the Serie A.
