Inter are confident that Alexis Sanchez will be able to make an impact regardless of who the manager is next season according to a report in today’s print edition of Italian daily newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport.
The Nerazzurri club are on the brink of completing the signing of the Chilean on a three year contract, after he freed himself from Manchester United.
Sanchez has been a success during his loan spell with the club this season, especially since the season resumed back in June, with him arguably being Inter’s best player in the time since.
In 29 appearances across all competitions this term, Sanchez has scored four goals and provided 10 assists for his teammates.
With regards to the managerial situation, the report explains that the new team is being built on the advice of current manager Antonio Conte but it will be competitive in the race for the Serie A title regardless of whether Conte is in charge or not.
