Inter have great optimism when it comes to signing Brescia’s Sandro Tonali according to a report in today’s print edition of Italian daily newspaper Corriere dello Sport.

Tonali was in Milan yesterday with his girlfriend but was not spotted at Inter headquarters and whilst there are denials, if it were up to him, he would already be an Inter player.

Inter have an agreement over personal terms with him but are still trying to find an agreement with Brescia president Massimo Cellino.

When it comes to Inter’s interest in signing Tottenham Hotspur’s Tanguy Ndombele, the report from the Rome based news outlet goes on to state that negotiations are ongoing.

A swap deal involving Inter’s Milan Skriniar could take place but the report concludes that negotiations are being held up slightly due to doubts over Antonio Conte’s future at the club.

Max Allegri is being tipped to replace Conte if he departs and it is understood that Allegri, who plays a back four rather than a back three like Conte, would like Skriniar to stay.
