Inter goalkeeper Samir Handanovic and central defender Alessandro Bastoni were Inter’s two best performers in last night’s Europa League last 16 victory over Spanish side Getafe according to the player ratings published in today’s print edition of Italian daily newspaper Tuttosport.

Romelu Lukaku gave Inter the lead around the half hour mark with a well taken finish whilst Christian Eriksen scored Inter’s second – and what provded to be final – goal in the 2-0 win at the Arena Auf’Schalke in Gelsenkirchen, Germany.

Handanovic made several big saves in both halves whilst Bastoni provided an assist and defended well. Both have been given a rating of 7/10.

Stefan de Vrij, Nicolo Barella, Christian Eriksen and the aforementioned Lukaku all got 6.5/10 for their efforts in the match whilst Diego Godin, Danilo D’Ambrosio, Roberto Gagliardini, Ashley Young and Lautaro Martinez all got 6/10.

Marcelo Brozovic was handed a rating of 5.5 whilst the worst performance on the night came from Chilean international attacker Alexis Sanchez, who got 5/10.
