FC Luzern sporting director Remo Meyer has confirmed that a club have made an offer for highly rated youngster Darian Males.

Males has drawn links with potential moves to Inter, Juventus and Atalanta among several other clubs in recent weeks and months and Meyer has revealed that an offer has been tabled although he does not reveal who that offer has come from.

“To date, there nothing is concrete. It is possible that there will be a departure. There is an offer for the player and we will now look at it together,” Meyer explained in an interview with the online edition of Swiss news outlet Blick.

This season Males has made 25 appearances across all competitions to date. In his time on the park, which totals just over 1500 minutes, Males has scored two goals and provided a total of five assists for his teammates.

The 19-year-old, who is part of the Swiss under 19 national team, is highly versatile with him having played at attacking midfield, central midfield, left wing, right wing and even striker during the course of the 2019/20 season.
