Contacts between Inter and Tottenham Hotspur have intensified in recent weeks according to a report in today’s print edition of Italian daily newspaper Tuttosport.

Inter have an interest in signing Tanguy Ndombele whilst Spurs like Inter’s Milan Skriniar and there has been talk of a potential swap deal.

Skriniar has slide down the pecking order at Inter in recent matches with him having started just one of the Nerazzurri’s last five games and as a result he is no longer deemed as untouchable.

The report from the Turin based newspaper does go on to stress that Inter are far from doing any deal at the moment as it depends on who will be Inter’s manager.

If current Inter manager Antonio Conte does not remain in charge, Inter would prefer to not sell the Slovakian national team player, who is under contract with the club until 2023.

This season Skriniar has made 41 appearances across all competitions to date, in which he has provided two assists for his teammates.
