Despite reports in Croatia that Inter could look to send Marcelo Brozovic to Bayern Munich in exchange for Corentin Tolisso, a report from Italian media outlet Calciomercato.com yesterday has suggested that the Nerazzurri aren’t in advanced negotiations to sign the 26-year-old Frenchman.

The report details how the Croatian press (as reported by FcInter1908) are convinced that the Milanese club are looking to exchange the 27-year-old Croatian midfielder with some Bayern Munich players that are considered no longer important to the project.

Despite these reports, there are no advanced talks regarding the 26-year-old Tolisso, whose contract expires with the Bundesliga giants in 2022.

The reason is because Inter are already looking to sign two strong midfielders, the report continues, and so have no need for the Frenchman.

The Milanese club are already working hard to secure 20-year-old Italian midfielder Sandro Tonali from Brescia and 23-year-old French midfielder Tanguy Ndombele from Tottenham and so don’t want to focus on too many targets at once.
