Spanish referee Carlos del Cerro Grande will lead the officiating team in Inter’s Europa League clash against Bayer Leverkusen in the Europa League quarterfinal on Monday, the Nerazzurri announced on their official homepage.

According to a report by FcInterNews, the 44-year-old Spaniard, who works as a policeman, will officiate the Nerazzurri’s European clash against the Bundesliga side next week.

Del Cerro Grande has overseen 31 games so far this season, giving 110 yellow cards, one second yellow card and one red card in that time, as well as 12 penalties.

He was in charge of Inter’s Europa League clash against Bulgarian side Ludogorets earlier this season, where he gave a penalty to the Nerazzurri in the 95th minute.

Del Cerro Grande will be assisted by Juan Carlos Yuste and Roberto Alonso Fernandez, the report continues, with the fourth official set to be Jesús Gil Manzano. The VAR team will be made up of Alejandro Hernández and José María Sánchez.
