Inter coach Antonio Conte will meet with club president Steven Zhang at the end of season, with the Europa League the current focus on both parties, according to a report from Italian broadcaster Sky Sports Italia earlier today.
The report details how the Nerazzurri are focused on winning the competition, with their next test against German side Bayer Leverkusen tomorrow evening in Dusseldorf.
The future of Conte is currently uncertain, after the 51-year-old Italian’s complaints about the club’s management to the media after the final game of the Serie A season.
Conte has spoken with president Zhang, the report continues, but will have a proper meeting with the Chinese businessman at the end of the Europa League campaign. The goal of the former Chelsea and Juventus boss appears to be to complete his three-year stay with the Nerazzurri and see out his contract, although it won’t be easy to fully heal all wounds.
