Inter manager Antonio Conte has had zero contact with Juventus president Andrea Agnelli or others at the Bianconeri according to a report from Italian news outlet CalcioMercato.com.

Following his recent public outburst, reports surfaced suggesting Conte was trying to set himself up for a return to Juventus and other reports even claimed he had been in contact with Juventus management.

The report goes on to explain that for the time being Conte’s sole focus is the Europa League. After the Europa League he will meet with Inter management for talks over his future and in this meeting he will either decide to stay or depart the club.

In the event that Conte does step away from his position as Inter manager, the Nerazzurri could move to appoint Massimiliano Allegri as his replacement. Allegri is currently out of work due to taking a sabbatical year after leaving Juventus at the end of the 2018/19 season but is reportedly keen on getting back into football.
