Inter will remain in Germany until Monday’s Europa League semi final but club management will return to Milan according to a report in today’s print edition of Italian daily newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport.

Inter chief executive Giuseppe ‘Beppe’ Marotta, sporting director Piero Ausilio and vice president Javier Zanetti will all return to Milan today and they will return to Dusseldorf, Germany, where Inter are based over the weekend and they could well be joined by Inter president Steven Zhang.

Zhang has been stuck in China for several months due to the global COVID-19 pandemic but various reports in the media as of late have stated that he will be present in Germany for the semi final.

Inter are awaiting to find out who their opponents will be in the Europa League and their opponents will be decided in tonight’s match between Ukrainian giants Shakhtar Donetsk and Swiss side FC Basel.
