Inter are vying with Torino for Sampdoria striker Federico Bonazzoli according to a report in today’s print edition of Italian daily newspaper Tuttosport.

Bonazzoli’s current contract with La Samp is due to expire at the end of the upcoming season and he is far from signing a contract extension with the club.

Due to the fact he will be eligible to sign a pre-contract in a matter of months, Sampdoria could let him leave for the club for a fee in the region of €10 million.

The report from the Turin based news outlet goes on to explain that negotiations are already underway between Sampdoria and Torino with newly appointed Torino manager Marco Giampaolo wanting reunited with several of the players he worked with whilst in charge of the Blucerchiati.

This season the 23-year-old former Italian youth national team representative made 19 appearances across all competitions during the course of the 2019/20 season. In his time on the park, which totalled just over 700 minutes, Bonazzoli scored a total of six goals.
