Inter manager Antonio Conte has already sent signals that he is thinking toward the future with his recent team selections according to a report in yesterday’s print edition of Italian daily newspaper La Repubblica.

Both Milan Skriniar and Antonio Candreva have both found themselves relegated to the bench lately. Conte has preferred to use the vastly more experienced Diego Godin over Skriniar, who could perhaps leave the club in a swap deal for Tottenham Hotspur central midfielder Tanguy Ndombele.

As for Candreva, the former Lazio player has slid down the right wing-back pecking order and is now the third choice option behind Danilo D’Ambrosio and Victor Moses and in the coming weeks when Achraf Hakimi arrives he will slip to fourth choice option.

The report goes on to explain that if Conte is to have a future in charge of Inter, there will be drastic changes made such as the exits of both Skriniar and Candreva.
