Inter continue to follow Lazio’s Sergej Milinkovic-Savic with great interest according to a report in today’s print edition of Italian daily newspaper Il Giorno.

In the 2019/20 season Milinkovic-Savic has further matured as a player and become a complete midfielder and the report warns that he will come far from cheap for Inter or any other interested club with Lazio being unwilling to let him leave the Italian capital for a sum of anything less than €100 million.

Whilst the transfer fee is huge, his salary is not and is certainly in the affordable range with him receiving €3 million a year from his current contract, which is due to expire at the end of the 2023/24 season.

The Serbian national team player is widely regarded as one of the best midfielders in Italy and he has been linked with making a move to Inter for severla years now.

This season the 25-year-old made 43 appearances across all competitions to date, in which he has scored eight goals and registered just as many assists.
