Gianluca Di Marzio Reports Bayern Munich & Inter To Hold Talks Over Ivan Perisic After Europa & Champions League

Inter and Bayern Munich will meet once their Europa League and Champions League campaigns conclude to discuss the future of Ivan Perisic according to a report from Italian broadcaster Sky Sport Italia journalist and transfer market expert Gianluca Di Marzio.

Perisic has spent the 2019/20 season on loan at the Bundesliga giants, who had an option to sign him outright for €20 million but that option has now expired.

The report goes on to explain that Inter are happy that Perisic has started in Bayern Munich’s Champions League quarter final match with Barcelona, tonight.

Once both clubs’ European commitments are over in the coming weeks, they will meet and there could be an agreement reached between the two clubs over Perisic with any figure being less than the value of the aforementioned purchase option.

During his loan spell with the Bavarian club, he has made 32 appearances across all competitions to date. In his time on the park, which totals just over 1600 minutes, the Croatian national team player has scored seven goals and provided 10 assists for his teammates.
