Inter plan to conduct swap deals or sell a player in order to complete incoming transfer business in the upcoming transfer window according to a report in today’s print edition of Italian daily newspaper Corriere dello Sport.

Inter president Steven Zhang, who recently returned to Milan after being stuck in his native China for five months due to the COVID-19 pandemic, met with Inter sporting director Piero Ausilio last night to discuss what deals need to be done beyond the two incoming transfers deals already completed in Achraf Hakimi and Alexis Sanchez.

Inter will look to do swap deals in the upcoming transfer window such as one with Tottenham Hotspur for Tanguy Ndombele with Inter prepared to offer Milan Skriniar in exchange.

Alternatively, Inter will try and make one big sale that will generate a big capital gain and allows them to make purchases.

The report from the Rome based news outlet goes on to explain that Inter’s hunt for a new main shirt sponsor to replace Pirelli is ongoing.
