Antonio Conte Protecting Inter Squad From Distractions Ahead Of Europa League Semifinal Against Shakhtar

Inter coach Antonio Conte has been hard at work with the squad ahead of their Europa League semifinal clash against Shakhtar Donetsk tomorrow evening, according to a report from Italian broadcaster Sportmediaset this morning.

The report details how the Nerazzurri coach has been working hard to ensure the squad are free of any distractions, ahead of tomorrow evening’s challenge.

President Steven Zhang has flown to Germany today alongside executives Beppe Marotta and Piero Ausilio to join the squad. Talks regarding the future of Conte will take place at the conclusion of the Europa League campaign.

Against Shakhtar the team will line up in the usual 3-5-2 formation, the report continues, with Diego Godin, Stefan De Vrij and Alessandro Bastoni in defense, ahead of Samir Handanovic.

In midfield there will be Marcelo Brozovic, Nicolò Barella and Roberto Gagliardini, with Danilo D’Ambrosio and Ashley Young in either wing back department. The forward duo will be Romelu Lukaku and Lautaro Martinez.
