Inter are looking to send Ivan Perisic and Marcelo Brozovic to Bayern Munich in exchange for 26-year-old French midfielder Corentin Tolisso, according to a report from Italian broadcaster Sportmediaset earlier today.
The report details how the Nerazzurri already sent the 31-year-old Croatian forward to Bavaria last summer on loan, where he has impressed with his tactical flexibility and high work rate. The player is keen to stay, but there is still no agreement in price between the two parties. As such, the club have been working on a new idea.
That idea is to include Perisic in an exchange deal that would see 27-year-old Croatian midfielder Marcelo Brozovic head to the Bundesliga side as well, in exchange for Corentin Tolisso, the report continues. Brozovic has struggled in recent months in Milan, with multiple off the field issues seeing his position at Inter at risk. He has played 44 games for the Nerazzurri this season.
