Inter and Borussia Monchengladbach have reached a deal over wing-back Valentino Lazaro according to a report from Italian broadcaster Sky Sport Italia, which was aired a short time ago.

The two clubs have agreed a loan with option to buy deal for the Austrian national team player and the option to buy has been set at €20 million.

Lazaro’s medical with the Bundesliga side has already been scheduled for tomorrow morning and he will formally complete his move to the Borussia Park side soon after it.

Lazaro only joined Inter in a circa €20 million deal from Inter ahead of this season but after failing to cement his place in the Inter side in the first half of the season he spent the second half of the season out on loan at Newcastle United, where he again struggled to play regularly.

The 23-year-old, who has a contract with Inter until 2023, has made 11 appearances for Inter, in which he registered two assists.
