Inter are getting closer and closer to finalising a deal for Hellas Verona centre back Marash Kumbulla according to a report in today’s print edition of Italian daily newspaper Corriere di Verona.

Inter will sign the highly rated Albanian national team player from the Gialloblu club and as part of the deal, which will exceed the €30 million mark, Inter will allow Federico Dimarco and Eddie Salcedo, both of whom who spent time on loan at Hellas Verona in the 2019/20 season, to stay.

The Nerazzurri club have been courting Kumbulla for some time and it now remains to be seen when Inter will be able to wrap up the deal for him.

Kumbulla was one of the biggest revelations of the 2019/20 season as he had his first team breakthrough at the Stadio Marc’Antonio Bentegodi. During the season the 20-year-old made 26 appearances across all competitions, in which he scored a single goal.
