Crotone have made an enquiry to Inter with regard to the availability of Kwadwo Asamoah according to a report in today’s print edition of Italian daily newspaper Tuttosport.
The Ghanaian wing-back has barely played whatsoever during the course of the 2019/20 season due to a knee problem and he is widely expected to depart the club for pastures new over the coming months.
Asamoah has been linked with moves to the Turkish Super Lig for some time, namely to Fenerbahce, whilst Ligue 1 outfit Marseille have also shown an interest.
Newly promoted Serie A side Crotone appear to be the latest team with an interest in signing the former Juventus and Udinese player who has little under a year left to run on his current contract with Inter.
This season the 31-year-old, who joined Inter on a free transfer back in the Summer of 2018, has made just 11 appearances across all competitions to date, in which he has registered a single assist. His last appearance came in the goalless draw away to Roma back in December.
