A sum of €3.2 million will be shared amongst the Inter team, staff and employees if they go on to win the Europa League tonight according to a report in today’s print edition of Italian daily newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport.

Inter take on Sevilla later on today in the Europa League final at Bundesliga club FC Koln’s RheinEnergieSTADION and if they win the sum will be split not equally but rather on a proportional to salary basis.

The report from the Milan based news outlet goes on to explain that the players have bonuses in their contracts which will be triggered in the event they win thus meaning they will get more money than their share of the €3.2 million.

Whilst the players have bonuses in their contracts linked to winning the cup, Inter manager Antonio Conte does not have any such bonus in his contract, which still has a further two years left to run on it.
