Inter and Bayern Munich will resume negotiations over Ivan Perisic after both of their respective seasons have come to a close according to a report in today’s print edition of Italian daily newspaper Tuttosport.

Inter’s season will end tonight whilst Bayern Munich’s will end on Sunday night. Talks will resume where they left off prior to being put on standby thus meaning the distance between supply and demand will still be there and it is far from minimal.

Inter and Bayern Munich agreed a €20 million purchase option as part of the loan but it has since expired and it is understood that Bayern Munich wish to spend no more than €12 million on the Croatian national team player.

Inter will continue to demand €18-20 million for the former Borussia Dortmund player seeing as Inter manager Antonio Conte has thought about possibly even reintegrating him this coming season.

The report highlights that if Perisic is sold, Inter are almost certain to make a capital gain through his sale given he has a value of just €6.5 million against the club’s books.
