Lionel Messi has told newly appointed Barcelona manager Ronald Koeman that he feels far away from the club according to a report in today’s print edition of Italian daily newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport.

Messi’s future is up in the air at the moment and the report explains that Inter believe a little more than before about their chances of signing him, so much so that owners Suning are working under the radar in China to bring the Argentine national team player to the city of Milan.

Messi is currently under contract with Barcelona until the end of the upcoming season with him earning €100 million gross in wages and having a €700 million release clause.

The report from the Milan based news outlet goes on to state that in addition to Inter, Manchester City and Paris Saint-Germain are ready to welcome the multi-time world player of the year, who netted 31 goals and tallid 26 assists in the 2019/20 season.
