The future of Inter owned forward Ivan Perisic is unclear, as Bayern Munich refuse to pay the price requested by the Nerazzurri, according to a report from today’s paper edition of the Turin based newspaper Tuttosport.

The report details how the 31-year-old Croatian forward was sent to the German club on loan last summer after the arrival of coach Antonio Conte, who had no need of the player.

Perisic impressed with Bayern and will compete in the Champions League final with the club tomorrow against Paris Saint-Germain. The Bavarian side didn’t activate the €20 million buy option attached to his loan deal but are interested in signing the player.

Bayern only want to pay around €12 million, the report continues, whilst the Nerazzurri are holding out for €15 million, which would give them a positive budget impact of €6.5 million.

Perisic has been important in the knock-out stages of the Champions League for Bayern, scoring against Chelsea in the Round of 16  and against Barcelona in the quarter-finals.
