A report from today’s paper edition of the Milano based newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport has analysed coach Antonio Conte’s management career history and his previous issues with owners and executives.

The report begins by discussing Conte’s time at Bari in 2009, when he renewed his contract with the Puglian club after the promotion to Serie A. The Italian wasn’t in sync with the management and asked for eight players, with 10 different ones arriving, forcing him out the door. At Atalanta, Conte wasn’t particularly happy with the squad and after a defeat to Napoli blamed player Cristiano Doni for lack of effort and accused the club of not protecting him.

After winning three league titles with Juventus, cracks began to form in Turin for Conte, the report continues. He joined the club in pre-season training in 2014 but resigned after two days, complaining about a lack of heavy investments in the club and the failure to keep Chilean midfielder Arturo Vidal. He also had trouble with Chelsea, unhappy with his lack of power in the transfer market and the club’s failure to sign Romelu Lukaku. He ended up in court with the Blues and won.

Conte will meet with the Nerazzurri’s management next week on Tuesday to discuss his issues with the club and his future, with the president hoping to fix the situation.
