Whilst there are many clubs in Serie B interested in signing Inter youngster Lorenzo Pirola on loan, three clubs in Serie A are also interested in acquiring the player, according to a report from Italian media outlet FcInterNews earlier today.

The report details how the 18-year-old Italian, like teammates Lucien Agoume and Sebastiano Esposito, will be sent out on loan next season in order to gain regular playing time to develop. Many Serie B sides are interested in signing Pirola, including SPAL, Venezia, Frosinone, Cremonese and Pescara, but it seems that they will lose out to the teams interested from Serie A.

Sassuolo have already asked to sign Pirola on loan, the report continues, and would even like to purchase the player outright. Hellas Verona and newly promoted Spezia are the other two topflight sides keen to acquire the 18-year-old Italian defender, who made his Serie A debut under coach Antonio Conte earlier this season. Over the next few days several meetings will take place to make the best decision for the teenager.
