Director of Italian broadcaster TeleLombardia and Italian football journalist Fabio Ravezzani has shared his belief that it would be wrong of Inter to carry on with Antonio Conte as their manager.

Conte is scheduled to meet with Inter president Steven Zhang tomorrow to hold talks over his future as manager of the club, which is up in the air due to his many outbursts during the 2019/20 season.

Many reports in the media state Inter are wanting to avoid sacking Conte due to the huge costs attached to doing so but Inter could save money if Conte opted to resign or if an agreement over a severance package can be reached.

Former Italian national team boss Conte still has a further two years left on his contract with the Nerazzurri club and Ravezzani has shared his reservations about Conte and how he is viewed.

He took to social media platform Twitter and posted: “I could be wrong, but I think that sticking with Conte would be wrong for Inter. A year ago he started with everyone’s trust. He conveyed grit, determination and a desire for revenge. Today his image is mainly linked to whining. I do not think he can change.”
