Italian Media Claim Juventus Want To Sign Inter Target & Roma Captain Edin Dzeko

Juventus want to sign Roma captain and striker Edin Dzeko according to a report in today’s print edition of Italian daily newspaper Tuttosport.

Dzeko is Juventus’ number one target to reinforce the attack due to alternatives such as Napoli’s Arek Milik being too expensive.

Roma chief executive Guido Fienga is in constant contact with Juventus sporting director Fabio Paratici over Dzeko, who is due to meet with Roma management soon to hold talks over his future with the club.

The report from the Turin based news outlet goes on to add that the former Manchester City player is very tempted by the idea of departing Roma for Juventus, who are not alone in courting him with reports elsewhere in the media stating Inter are also keen on Dzeko.

During the recently concluded 2019/20 season, the Bosnia and Herzegovina national team player made 43 appearances across all competitions. During his time on the park, he scored 19 goals and provided a total of 14 assists for his teammates.
