In a transfer window set to be made up of lots of swap deals and self-financing, the top player that Inter would like to sign for the midfield is Tottenham Hotspur’s Tanguy Ndombele according to a report in today’s print edition of Italian daily newspaper Tuttosport.

Inter are working on a swap deal with the Premier League club in which they would put forward Milan Skriniar as part of an equal exchange for the Frenchman, the report continues.

According to the report the only way the Nerazzurri can sign Ndombele is in a swap deal with the Slovakian central defender going the opposite direction.

Inter’s midfield could look very different in the coming season with the report stating that Matias Vecino will be sold whilst Sandro Tonali is expected to be brought in from Brescia. Inter also still have an eye on Barcelona’s Arturo Vidal.

The report from the Turin based news outlet goes on to state that Inter also wish to add a fourth striker to complete their attack.

Juventus are too far ahead for Roma captain Edin Dzeko but Inter could sign Olivier Giroud, who has slid further down the Chelsea pecking order given their signings so far. The Frenchman could ask to leave Chelsea.
