Inter have decided to sign 34 year old Serbian wing-back Aleksandar Kolarov from AS Roma according to the onine edition of Italian media outlet Gazzetta dello Sport.

According to the report, Inter are very close to signing the former Manchester City and Lazio player whose contract with the Giallorossi expires at the end of June 2021.

Kolarov was rumored to join the Nerazzurri last summer but the deal never materialized but now that the player has changed his agent to Alessandro Lucci, a deal could be on the horizon, especially as the player has already given a green light to the move, the report continues.

Italian broadcaster Sky Sport Italia’s transfer market expert Gianluca Di Marzio also reports Inter are close to signing Kolarov but adding that Antonio Conte has expressly asked for the Serbian veteran whom he seen ideal for the left wing-back role.

Kolarov joined Roma 3 seasons ago from Manchester City and has since then featured 132 times across all competitions scoring 19 goals in the process.
