Inter no longer consider central midfielder Marcelo Brozovic to be not for sale according to a report from the online edition of Italian daily newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport.

The Croatian national team player came close to leaving Inter in January 2018 before he ended up staying and his Inter fortunes changed for the better although recently his performance levels have dropped and he has also got himself into trouble off of the pitch recently.

Inter are no longer opposed to selling the former Dinamo Zagreb player, something which would have been far fetched to think about as recently as May when he was regarded as being untouchable.

The 27-year-old is still under contract with Inter until 2022 and has a €60 million release clause as part of the contract.

In the recently concluded 2019/20 season, Brozovic made 46 appearances across all competitions, in which he scored three goals and provided a total of eight assists for his teammates.
