Arturo Vidal’s agent Fernando Felicevich is working to get his client to Inter in an Alexis Sanchez style deal according to a report in today’s print edition of Italian daily newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport.

Vidal is trying to free himself from current employers Barcelona, just like Alexis Sanchez did with Manchester United prior to signing a three year contract with Inter.

The report explains that Inter have given Felicevich guarantees that they will replicate what they did with Sanchez and the report states that Inter could hand Vidal a two year contract with an option of a third year with an annual salary of €6 million.

In short, Vidal has never been as close to joining Inter and if/when he does, Inter manager Antonio Conte will be satisfied after finally getting the Chilean international, who he has demanded in each of the past transfer windows since taking charge of the club.
