AS Roma’s Serbian international defender Aleksandar Kolarov is virtually an Inter player and will sign a 2 year contract worth €3 million net per season, Italian media outlet FcInterNews report.

According to the report, the Nerazzurri have found an agreement with AS Roma which will see Inter pay the Giallorossi €1.5 million for the former Manchester City and Lazio man’s services.

Earlier today it was reported that Inter preferred not paying any transfer fee at all for the player whose contract with Roma is set to expire at the end of June 2021, and instead wanted to offer Roma an option to sign a young player from the Nerazzurri’s academy setup.

However, the two clubs have now agreed terms over the transfer fee and Kolarov has accepted Inter’s contract two year contract offer which will see him earn exactly as much as he currently earns at Roma.

Kolarov joined Roma in the summer of 2017 and has since then featured 132 times across all competitions scoring 19 goals in the process.
