Inter manager Antonio Conte wants not just Arturo Vidal signed to bolster the club’s midfield according to a report in today’s print edition of Italian daily newspaper Tuttosport.

Vidal sits at the top of Conte’s transfer window wishlist and Inter could acquire the current Barcelona player in a deal like the one they signed Alexis Sanchez in in that Vidal will free himself from Barcelona and Inter will sign him on a free transfer.

In addition to wanting Vidal, Conte would also like reunited with N’Golo Kante, who he likes very much. A deal for the Frenchman is much more complicated due to Chelsea’s demands being out of Inter’s financial parameters, which they must respect.

With regard to Inter’s courtship of Sandro Tonali, the report goes on to explain that Inter remain ahead of everyone thanks to having an agreement in principle over personal terms with him.

Negotiations with Brescia are currently at a stalemate therefore the right formula needs to be found whilst AC Milan have also gotten involved and are looking to see how possible it will be for them to sign Tonali.
