Aleksandar Kolarov arriving at Inter would not rule out Emerson Palmieri from arriving according to a report in today’s print edition of Italian daily newspaper Tuttosport.

Inter have been linked with a move for Kolarov in the past few days and this report states that a deal could be done in the space of a short time.

Even if the Serbian defender did arrive, it would not prevent Inter from also bringing in Emerson from Chelsea, who they have been courting for several months now.

Chelsea are willing to offload the Brazilian born Italian national team player following their acquistion of Ben Chilwell from Leicester City and reports elsewhere in the media have stated that Chelsea are demanding a sum of €30 million for the Roma player.

In the recently concluded 2019/20 season, 26-year-old Emerson, who is contracted to Chelsea until 2022, made 21 appearances across all competitions, in which he provided a single assist for his teammates.
