Inter have decided who will be filling the back-up goalkeeper role at the club in the upcoming season according to a report from Italian news outlet CalcioMercato.com.

Inter had previously shown an interest in Parma goalkeeper Luigi Sepe and have continued to be linked with a potential move for him but as per this report, Inter have decided that they will rely upon Ionut Andrei Radu to serve as Samir Handanovic’s understudy.

The Romanian goalkeeper is already on Inter’s books thus meaning they will not need to splash out to bring him in and he will be coming back to the club in the coming days from his loan spell at Parma, where he spent the second half of the season on loan after spending the first half of the season out on loan at Genoa.

The 23-year-old, who is contracted to Inter until 2024, has one senior appearance to his name for Inter with that coming back in 2016 as Inter lost 3-1 to Sassuolo.
