Inter wing back Antonio Candreva seems destined to leave the club this transfer window, after the arrival of Achraf Hakimi and soon Matteo Darmian in Milan, according to a report from today’s paper edition of the Turin based newspaper Tuttosport.

The report details how the 33-year-old Rome born wing back had his best season with the Nerazzurri under the guidance of coach Antonio Conte this season, but now will be seemingly out the door after only one year playing under the Lecce born coach.

Hakimi has already been signed and will likely be the guaranteed starter, and Darmian is expected to join the Milanese club soon after the agreement reached with Parma last summer.

Considering Conte’s options for the right wing back department, there is little space for Candreva, the report continues.

Contracted to the club until the end of next season with a salary of €3 million net per season, Candreva is now looking for a new home, with particular attention being paid to Napoli. The player’s agent spoke about a possible transfer with Napoli’s managers on Thursday this week.
