Inter could look to do a double player exchange with Chelsea involving Marcelo Brozovic and Milan Skriniar, according to a report from today’s paper edition of the Milano based newspaper Il Giorno.

The report details how French midfielder N’Golo Kante is coach Antonio Conte’s top target for the midfield in this transfer window, but the player would be expensive, costing around €50-60 million.

Another Blues player wanted by the 51-year-old Italian coach is Italian-Brazilian Emerson Palmieri, and so an idea was born.

The Nerazzurri may look to send Milan Skriniar and Marcelo Brozovic to Chelsea in exchange for both Kante and Emerson, the report continues.

The 25-year-old Slovakian midfielder is wanted by both Manchester clubs and would fit Blues coach Frank Lampard’s back-four well. Brozovic has played well under Conte this season but the player has recently suffered some off-the-pitch issues and his role is now less important as the club look for alternatives.
