Inter are looking to sell both midfielders Roberto Gagliardini and Matias Vecino, according to a report from yesterday’s paper edition of the Milano based newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport.

The report details how the Nerazzurri are looking to strengthen their midfield this transfer window and are looking to sign experienced winners like N’Golo Kante or Arturo Vidal, and so need to both generate funds and create spaces in the squad for the new arrivals. Spanish midfielder Borja Valero announced his departure yesterday, after his contract expired with the club.

In order to make space, the Nerazzurri are looking to sell both 26-year-old Italian midfielder Roberto Gagliardini and 29-year-old Uruguayan Matias Vecino, the report continues. Neither player has particularly convinced coach Antonio Conte this season and he would be happy to see both players be sold in order to make new signings. Even with a top offer, Inter still aren’t interested in selling Christian Eriksen.
