There is still no agreement in place between Inter and Roma left back Aleksandar Kolarov regarding the player’s contract, according to a report from Italian media outlet GianlucaDiMarzio.com earlier today.
The report details how the 34-year-old Serbian full back is only one step away from joining the Nerazzurri, with both clubs set to close the deal for a fee of around €1.5-2 million.
An agreement regarding the contract must still be reached with the player, however, as Kolarov asks for a two-year contract, whilst the Milanese club have offered a one-year contract with an option for the second year.
It shouldn’t be too difficult for the parties to come to a solution, the report continues, and it still seems incredibly likely that the former Manchester City man will join the Nerazzurri soon. Kolarov made 42 appearances across all competitions last season for the Giallorossi, scoring seven goals and providing five assists in that time.
