Arturo Vidal has started negotiations with Barcelona with regard to terminating his contract with them according to a report from Italian broadcaster Sky Sport Italia journalist and transfer market expert Gianluca Di Marzio.
Vidal has been told by newly appointed Barcelona boss Ronald Koeman that he does not feature in his plans and negotiations for Vidal to leave the club via a contract termination are underway.
The Chilean national team player could well end up at Inter if he is successful in terminating his contract with Barcelona with the report claiming that Vidal and Inter are already in discussions over a contract.
Vidal has been linked with a potential move to Inter ever since Antonio Conte took charge of Inter in the Summer of 2019 and at long last it appears that Conte will get his man.
During the 2019/20 season the 33-year-old made 43 appearances across all competitions, in which he scored eight goals and provided three assists.
