Bayern Munich wish to sign Ivan Perisic on a permanent basis from Inter according to a report from the online edition of German news outlet BILD.

The Croatian national team player spent the 2019/20 season on loan at the treble winning German club and initial contact between the two clubs over a permanent deal has already taken place with Bayern Munich chief executive Karl-Heinz Rummenigge taking care of negotiations.

Bayern Munich are optimistic about their chances of completing a deal for the former Borussia Dortmund player due to knowing that Inter want to sell Perisic in order to raise all important transfer funds.

The report explains that there is some distance between Perisic and Bayern Munich when it comes to personal terms. Perisic is, according to FcInter1908, asking €20 gross per season whilst Bayern are offering €11 million gross.

Up until recently, Perisic’s future was uncertain but it now seems like his future could be in Bavaria with Bayern Munich manager Hansi Flick really wanting to keep him at the club.
