Achraf Hakimi will be at Inter’s training ground today to begin pre-season training alongside Inter players to have returned from loan deals elsewhere according to a report in today’s print edition of Italian daily newspaper Tuttosport.
Hakimi is Inter’s one and only signing thus far ahead of the upcoming season and today he will be COVID-19 tested and train alongside the likes of Ionut Andrei Radu, Dalbert and Radja Nainggolan, all of whom spent last season out on loan.
The report explains that Nainggolan was subject to another loan offer from Cagliari but Inter knocked back the proposal as they intend to sell the Belgian midfielder outright.
A possible reintegration into the Inter team seems difficult given that Arturo Vidal seems set to join Inter from Barcelona.
The report from the Turin based news outlet concludes that Aleksandar Kolarov is one step away from joining Inter with the club and the Serbian currently discussing contract duration.
