Hellas Verona manager Ivan Juric would like to be able to have Eddie Salcedo on loan from Inter again according to a report in today’s print edition of Italian daily newspaper Corriere di Verona.

Salcedo spent the 2019/20 season on loan at the Gialloblu club and impressed Juric with his performances for the team but the report explains that his future may not be at Hellas Verona but rather at Inter.

It cannot be excluded that the Italian youth national team player could be kept at Inter to occupy the fourth choice striker role rather than being loaned out again. Sebastiano Esposito is also in the running for the role and like Salcedo, Esposito is waiting to see what the immediate future holds for him.

During his loan spell at the Stadio Marc’Antonio Bentegodi, Salcedo, who is under contract with Inter until 2024, made 17 appearances across all competitions, in which he scored one goal.
