Bayern Munich manager Hansi Flick is continuing to push for Ivan Perisic to be bought on a permanent basis according to a report in today’s print edition of Italian daily newspaper Corriere dello Sport.
Despite the fact Bayern Munich have already signed Leroy Sane from Manchester City ahead of the upcoming season, Flick still wants to keep Perisic at the club having been left impressed by what the Croatian showed during his loan spell from Inter.
Bayern Munich and Inter have not reached an agreement over the former Borussia Dortmund player but the report from the Roma based news outlet goes on to conclude that a deal is destined to be done.
Perisic, who joined Inter in 2015 from Wolfsburg, performed well during his loan at Bayern Munich, who he helped to win the treble. He made 35 appearances across all competitions, in which he scored eight goals and provided 10 assists for his teammates.
