Parma and Crotone are both interested in signing Inter youngster Sebastiano Esposito according to Italian broadcaster Sky Sport Italia jouralist and transfer market expert Luca Marchetti.

The highly rated Italian youth national team player had a mini first team breakthrough during the 2019/20 season and he is widely expected to be loaned out for the fast approaching 2020/21 season in order to continue his development as a player at a club where he could play far more regularly than he could at Inter.

Esposito is currently the fourth choice striker at the Nerazzurri and multiple reports have suggested Inter want to bring in an experienced head to be the fourth choice which would only see Esposito slide further down the pecking order.

“Parma have made an attempt for Goldaniga, who returned to Sassuolo after the loan to Genoa. For the attack they have joined the race to sign Sebastiano Esposito, who Crotone have had a strong interest in for some time.”

Marchetti wrote in his latest editorial piece for Italian news outlet TuttoMercatoWeb.

Last season Esposito made 14 appearances across all competitions at first time level and in around 300 minutes on the park, he managed to score a single goal.
