Chelsea Put €60M Price Tag On Inter Target N’Golo Kante Italian Media Suggest

Chelsea are willing to accept offers of €60 million and more for Inter target N’Golo Kante, according to a report from Italian media outlet Calciomercato.com earlier today.

The report details how the London based club are working hard in the transfer market to fully strengthen the squad to compete with the current titans of English football, Liverpool and Manchester City. One player that could possibly be sold to fund further investments is the 29-year-old Kante, who the Blues would be willing to sell for around €60 million.

Kante earns around €8 million a season, the report continues, making the deal an incredibly expensive one for the Nerazzurri. As such, a player or two must be sold to fund the investment, with one possibility being Danish midfielder Christian Eriksen. Coach Antonio Conte has struggled to fit the 28-year-old into his tactical system and hasn’t been impressed particularly with his performances so far. Another player who could be sold is Marcelo Brozovic. The only two unsellable players in the squad are Romelu Lukaku and Stefan de Vrij, the report finishes.
