Arturo Vidal should arrive at Inter this week according to a report from Italian broadcaster Sky Sport Italia, which was aired a short time ago.

The Chilean national team player is close to terminating his contract with Barcelona and is closer to doing so than Juventus transfer target Luis Suarez.

Vidal has little under a year left to run on his contract with Barcelona and is seeking to free himself in order to join Inter on a free transfer on a two year contract with an option to a third year worth €6 million a year.

Inter’s transfer market will not end with Vidal’s arrival with the report going on to state that Inter will now focus on selling players. Important offers will be evaluated and with funds raised through sales Inter could well attempt to bring N’Golo Kante to the club from Chelsea.

Inter manager Antonio Conte really likes Kante but at the moment Inter are not in a position to try and sign him and must makes sales first.
